2What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we only accept cash. Our staff will not have change so please make sure you have the exact amount. If you do need any change we will give you store credit instead.

4Is there a minimum order required?
No minimum order! There is a $15 delivery fee. Free delivery on all orders over $200.
5How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times will vary based on your location, traffic and time of day order is placed. We strive to do our best to deliver within the hour.
6My product is defective (ie. vape pen). Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, please contact us to discuss a solution.
7Who can order from Dankdistrict?
Any person 21 or older with a valid government-issued identification.
8During what hours can I get cannabis products delivered?
Orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before closing time. Delivery hours are from 12:00pm to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and from 1:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
9Can someone else accept my marijuana delivery?
We require the person who places the order to receive the order. This is to avoid underage sales and other deceptive actions.
10Can you deliver to someone that’s not at a home?
Yes, we can deliver to hotels, public parking lots, etc. or other non-residential addresses. No federal property!
11How do I receive my product & pay?
When the driver arrives, you will receive a text message to meet the driver outside. Drivers are not allowed in your residence. You will then provide your driver with your valid form of identification that you used to place your order. The driver will confirm the total price and you will pay in cash. Please make sure to have the exact amount since the driver will not have any change.
